Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow
Elbow pain including Tennis Elbow and Golfer's Elbow are tendinopathies on the lateral and medial epicondyles (epicondyles are the bony prominences around your elbow). It is a condition that causes elbow pain around the lateral side (outside) or medial side (inside). It is clinically known as Lateral and Medial Epicondylitis.
